When a commission piece is ordered, the buyer pay a 50% deposition fee. The deposit can not be repaid. For more info about commissions contact us on [email protected].

Paper & Quality 
Our Fine Art Prints are printed on  Hahnemüle Matte Fibre paper. An acid free world class paper that will pass the test of time and stay true through generation. It is a lightweight, warm toned, textured paper with a matte finish. Gives a true quality feeling.

H A N D L I N G  &  C A R E

Always treat your artwork with the most respect. Wash hands before touching the painting. Matte finish is more sensitive on grease and can stain if exposed. Please note that the painting is created with organic materials such as clay and wood. Keep your art in a dry area. Longer exposure to water or humid conditions may harm the painting. 

H A N G I N G

Hanging equipment is included with the art piece. We are not responsible for the painting being hung in a responsible and correct manner.

S H I P P I N G 

Small artworks are shipped safely in cardboardboxes with a dispatch of 6-8 days.

Bigger artworks are carefully packed in wooden boxes. The wooden boxes are built after request and therefore dispatched between 6-12 days.

Standard Shipping: Free shipping within Sweden. Estimated delivery 1-2 weeks. 

Zone 1: Shipping to Finland, Denmark, Germany, Netherlands, Poland, Austria, Belgium and Slovakia. Estimated delivery  2-4 weeks.

1-5kg - 500SEK

5-10kg - 1000SEK

10-20kg - 2000SEK

Zone 2: Shipping to Bulgaria, Croatia (Hrvatska), France, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Spain, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. Estimated delivery 2-4 weeks.

Your personal data is only used to make delivery. We do not save any type of data according to the GDPR law.

R E T U R N S

You have 14 days after that you have received your parcel to regret your order. This means that within those 14 days you are able to return your unused and unharmed product. You as a customer need to pay for the return shipping and are responsible for the product to arrive unharmed. Repayment according to the payment method. 

Commissoned pieces can not be returned.

D A M A G E D   G O O D S

If any damage would appear these shall be documented and reported back to us on [email protected] within 3 days from when you received your parcel. You then need to return the product back to us according to the instruction by mail and a new product will be sent to you. 

U N C O L L E C T E D   P A R C E L

If you do not collect your parcel in time, whereupon the parcel gets returned. You will be charged a fee of 300 SEK to cover shipping and administration costs.

G U A R A N T E E

We cannot give guarantee for smaller deviations when it comes to size, color, print or smaller adjustments. The colors on your screen do not guarantee the exact color reproduction as in reality. Inspirational photos might not always show the true size or color.
